Welcome! I would like to thank everyone that has visited Grace Points.

I started this web page as a forum to express my beliefs in the Lord Jesus Christ. As I began to receive feedback I decided to start writing articles that expounded on my beliefs. I decided to concentrate my efforts on rightly dividing the word and this dispensation of grace. I have never done any writing before but I was not going to let that get in my way. I like to read so writing was a natural extension of that. Many authors, most more knowledgeable than I have tackled and written articles on these same subjects. Even though there was existing material I still decided to write.

My reason are two-fold. One by writing on these various subjects it was a great learning experience. In order to explain these truths to others it forced me to research, study God's Word to better understand what and why I believed what I believed. In my study of scriptures, I have gained a better knowledge of Christ and what a great sacrifice He made for me; one who was at enmity with God. You can not love someone you know nothing about. My studies have made me truly appreciate the God of the Bible, not man's image of "God". For to know God is to love God.

My second reason for writing these articles are to incite in others an appetite to learn about and love God. My articles are not meant to be an ending point but a starting point for your own bible study. Also as has been my experience I may hear a truth stated over and over and it doesn't make any sense to me, then one person states it just slightly different and the light goes on. It makes complete sense. I hope the articles on Grace Points wet your appetite and increase your understanding.

As this web site grew Grace Points and Starlight Research merged to share their resources in order to be able to better preach the good news of Christ to the lost and to proclaim the truth of the Mystery, as taught by God through the Apostle Paul, to the saved. I am thankful for the efforts and contributions of Starlight Research in providing rich and meaningful content.

This online ministry gave me the opportunity to meet other members of the body of Christ. In this hostile world it is always nice to gain strength from fellow believers.
